We aim to ensure that:

  • Prices are correct

  • Images reflect the product as closely as possible

However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings

  • Minor variations may occur

  • Availability is subject to stock levels

We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment through secure payment providers via Wix, including:

  • Debit/Credit cards

  • Wix Payments

  • Other approved payment methods displayed at checkout

We do not store full card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

6. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase goods.

A binding contract is formed only when:

  • You receive a dispatch confirmation email

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Items are out of stock

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • There is a pricing or listing error

If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

 

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

For online purchases:

  • You have 14 days to cancel under Irish law

  • Swimwear must have hygiene seals intact

For in-store purchases:

  • Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion

  • Faulty goods are covered under Irish consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

9. Faulty Goods

If goods are:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for purpose

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe goods are faulty.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Must be used before expiry (if applicable)

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Images

  • Product descriptions

  • Branding

Is the property of Waterworld Water Sports Shop and may not be copied or used without permission.
